How we work

You don't need to know the solution already.

You can come to us with a question, a training need or a concrete piece of work. We start by understanding what is actually worth doing in your situation, and help you put the right things into practice safely and in a controlled way.

The services can be used separately or together.

How things move forward with us

You don't have to do everything at once. We start from what matters to you right now, and only move further as the need requires.

  1. We understand the situation

    • what you want to improve
    • where there are challenges or uncertainty today
    • how AI is already being used
    • who is involved
    • what kind of result would be useful to you

A shared picture of what is worth solving.

  2. We put the necessary foundation in place

    • skills
    • safe use
    • data protection
    • responsibilities
    • shared practices
    • the human role

People have a better sense of how AI can be used in the work.

  3. We choose and put it into practice

    • a suitable way to use it
    • the tools needed
    • data and systems
    • where people decide
    • how it is built
    • how the benefit is tracked

A solution that fits the real work.

  4. We follow and develop

    • what changes in AI
    • which change affects you
    • what to do next
    • how the solution in use is working
    • what is worth developing
    • where human help is needed

AI use stays useful even as the situation changes.

Before we recommend anything, we work through these.

  • What do you want to achieve?
  • In which work or situation is help needed?
  • What do you already do today?
  • What information is needed to solve it?
  • Where does a person need to make the decision?
  • How do we know this will actually help?

If we can't see a clear benefit, we won't force a technical solution.

Let us talk about your situation

What we bring to the table

The skills needed are brought in as the situation requires. You don't have to assemble all of this yourself.

You don't need to arrive with a finished plan.

You bring the situation

  • what you want to improve
  • how the work is done today
  • where the problem or opportunity is
  • who is involved
  • what you know about your own day-to-day

We help move it forward

  • we work out what is essential
  • we bring the skills needed
  • we help make the choices
  • we put agreed things into practice
  • we keep safety and the human role visible
  • we help with the next steps too

We pause at the right points.

  1. Is this worth doing?

The need, goal and expected benefit are clear enough.

  2. Is this safe and controlled?

Data, access rights, responsibilities and human decision points have been thought through.

  3. Does this work in real work?

The solution is tried in practical situations before it becomes part of everyday work.

  4. Does this create benefit?

We look at the agreed goal and change direction if the need changes.

Technical success is not enough on its own. The solution has to be useful to people and the business.

When the situation changes, you don't have to start over.

  • we help follow what changes in AI and what affects you
  • we help with new questions and choices
  • we develop agreed solutions as needed
  • we keep skills, practices and implementations up to date

When is a good time to get in touch?

A good moment is when...

  • AI is interesting, but you don't know where to start
  • you want a shared foundation for the team
  • a new tool or requirement raises questions
  • some work takes too much time
  • you want to assess whether an AI agent could help
  • you need help with the next choice

You don't need to... yet

  • know the right service
  • already know AI
  • have chosen a tool
  • know whether you need training, One or an agent
  • have a finished plan
  • know the final solution

Common questions about working together

Do we need to know in advance which service we need?

No. You can tell us about your situation or the thing you want to improve. We help look at whether the most sensible next step is, for example, training, ongoing support, a practical implementation or something smaller.

Do we have to start with AI training?

No. AI training, AILEADIT One and AI agents can be used separately or together. The starting point depends on what your company needs right now.

Do you help only with planning, or also with implementation?

Both. We can help understand the situation and make choices, and also put agreed things into practice when there is a need for implementation.

How are safety and human responsibility handled?

It depends on how AI is used. We go through the data needed, access rights, responsibilities and the points where a person needs to assess or decide. In training the same topics come up from a practical AI-skills perspective.

What if we only need help with one question?

That's a fine way to start too. Not every collaboration needs to begin with a big project.

What if our need changes later?

Then we look at the situation again. AI, tools and business needs change, so what we do needs to be able to change with them.

Tell us where you'd like to move forward.

You don't need to name the right service. Describe the situation, and we help look at what a sensible next step would be.
